But we're losing young people. All five non-Dubois counties are declining in population. Median ages are well above the state average. When young families leave, they take their spending, their energy, and their future with them.

I'll fight for workforce training aligned with actual employer needs, reduced friction for small business permitting, and economic development that builds on what our communities already have — not imported mega-projects that benefit outside investors.
