Every person has the right to organize, join a union, and bargain together for fair pay and safe working conditions, and no one should be punished for using it. I will protect that right and oppose any law that carves it out or treats one group of workers as second class.

I got into this because people here were not being heard, and that is the same thing workers face every day. One worker rarely holds the same power as the company across the table, even though workers are far more numerous. A union balances that out, and the whole community is better for it. My job is to carry my neighbors' voice and stand with the people who do the work, not the ones with the most money and pull. Prosperity built here ought to stay here, in good local jobs that can support a family.
